For your convenience, we accept all major credit card companies. As well we accept cash and checks. We currently do not accept CareCredit.
We deliver top care at the most sensible cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please remember all patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Statements will only be sent if we are waiting for insurance payments or if a payment plan is made prior to treatment. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt payment is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
